Finally, after sending in a fax (so old technology), my standard paypal account got re-activated… I’m still baffled by their unresponsiveness to my repeated efforts to resolve this issue via their ONLINE resolution centre… Strange for an online payment service that offline means of communication are the only ones to really work… 0
